Food Is Everything to Weightloss

I’ve been slacking off exercise but more than anything food is the key. As we all know, you cannot outrun a bad diet. You can’t exercise more than you can overeat. Anyway, I’m resetting and getting back on track. This is a meal I’ve been eating lately: faux chicken with sauteed tomatoes and spinach. Top it over rice or a nice bit of naan bread, delicious!
