Posting Food for Accountability

I’ve been meaning to post my meals for a while now, at least dinner. I’ve been some-timey about tracking my food on Myfitnesspal, and guess what? The days I’m like ‘meh’ are the days I don’t eat the way I should. I have a grip of pics though, so I’ll post those and continue to do so in the future. At least 4-5 days a week if not every day. Got to get back on it. This was from October 10th. For dinner I had 3 pieces of grilled chicken and 2 cups of raw spinach. Not pictured: For drinks I had 2 glasses of water and a glass of lemonade.
