
Egads I need to stop this Wednesday slump! Of course I need a rest day, but if it’s Wednesday it tends to make me lose motivation for the rest of the week. So Hump day is no more Rest day in 2022!

My weight-loss journey has been a trip! Up and down. Health crises is what prompted me to lose weight. Goal for 2026 is to get re-certified in personal training and get myself together!
