Moving More For a Monday

Garmin just told me I’m moving more for a Monday…that’s because I’ve been a lazy big all month as far as getting my steps in is concerned. I’ve hit the gym and lifted weights, cycled on the recumbent bike, even did the stair climber! But walking, I must admit I’ve been remiss. Moving forward!
