Getting Used to Reduced Sodium

Ever since my heart issues and high blood pressure amped up back in May I’ve been on a reduced sodium diet. Which mostly means little to no processed food because salt is in everything! It’s not so bad once I got used to it. But I have to laugh sometimes at how differently I eat now, look at my five little tater tots LOL. I’ve come to see that five is better than nothing though.
