My husband made this great chili with squash the other day and it was soooooo good. I’m going to have him write down what all he put in it but off the rip I know it had acorn squash, zucchini, bell pepper (yellow), whole garlic cloves, navy beans, pinto beans, and black beans in it. I had more today poured on rice over a bed of raw spinach. Oh my god it was so good and filling! Whole bowl around 400, 450 calories. I was full for hours on end.
